DD MONDAY! What are your food plans?

black coffee and tea throughout the day

12oz tilapia (300cals, simply salt and lemon peppered baked)
4 cups chopped lettuce(48cals)
Spritzed with evoo (20 cals) and vinegar (none)
Split between 2 meals

I was planning on doing zero calorie DD's this week, but I have a bad cold so I'm going to give myself up 100 calories of sugar free cough drops, tea, and chicken broth. Hoping dramatically lowering the calories of DD's gives me some kind of push on the scale!

deedee- Get well soon. Broth might help? Stay hydrated.

Brunch: 2 oz. shrimp cocktail, 2 oz. roast chicken breast, bowl of veg soup (230 calories)

Dinner: Possibly the same. I never plan, I just make sure I have 'on plan' options stocked and decide when the time comes what sounds right.

I splurged on the Costco shrimp cocktail for myself when I found it was probably only around 500 calories for the whole thing.

So far I've only had 2 cups of coffee. For dinner i'm having pumpkin soup. I have a sugar free pudding cup for dessert if I get the munchies.

B : Chobani plain GY = 90 calories
L : 1 cup of plain coleslaw (add acv, mustard, balsamic vinegar) + 1 sf jello =
30 calories
D : 1 cup yellow squash made w/my spiralizer & some Walden tomato sauce + a romaine and cherry tomato salad = 50 calories
S : 30 calorie merengue pack

230 calories..lots of water, coffee and sparkling flavored water

No more PH Down Days. I tried it for a week and just wasn't happy.

D: Corn flakes with fat free lactose milk.

Start Date: April 2000 (the first time)
11:00- Apple (my stomach was burning, it was weird)
Lunch- lite soup & carrots
Snack- sugar free pickles
Dinner- spaghetti squash & marinara

It's not going to be a super-low day- about 600 calories. Beats any of the DDs I had last week (zero of them ).

Hahaha. It wasn't even the hunger I just would rather feel satisfied at the end of my DD even if I eat only 100 calories for the day.
