DD Saturday Menus!

Good morning

Black coffee and tea today until dinner.
Making zoodles with meat sauce, so about 300 cals from that.
I have to boil a chicken for chicken salad tomorrow, so I'll cook that then cool the broth and skim all the fat off of it so I can sip it if I want some (I figure 20cals per cup if it's well skimmed)

B : 1 60 calorie Joseph's pita with 5 tbsp egg white = 102 calorie
L : cucumber salad with acv and spices with sf jello = 55 calories
D : romaine and cherry tomato salad with Walden dressing = 20 calories
S : 30 calorie merigue

Also have 30 calorie miso soup to have before bed.

Total calories 269 ! Lots of coffee and water today.

Librarygirl- Hang in there! I keep telling myself that regardless of what I eat today, I'm going to eat whatever I want tomorrow, and it's going to feel so much better to be doing it 'on plan', not feeling guilty about it due to blowing a DD. It helps!

L- 2 slices of whole wheat toast sprayed with spray butter
D- 2 1/2 cups of cabbage, 2 wedges laughing cow cheese,1 med baked potato cubed all mixed together over med heat
S- frozen juice bar
