It's DD Tuesday:)

B: coffee w/1/2&1/2 (2T through the day)
L: soup (broth, 2oz chicken thigh meat, cabbage, tomatoes, green onions)
D: WW Smart Ones Roasted turkey (turkey and gravy over 1 slice double fiber bread); chopped lettuce w/evoo spritz

Totals: 468 calories; 57g carbs; 13g fiber; 47g protein; 16g fat

Start Date: 2/21/12- Low carb (199lbs) 3/28/12 JUDDD (189lbs)
So far coffee with half and half= 40

For bedtime snack I'm thinking a 220 calorie Smart One and about 40-50 calories of zoodles.

I have to go to the store to get the zucchini, but I'm sure I can get to the grocery store if I change my walking route this evening.
