UD Sunday - What's the plan?

Busy Sunday today. Here is what I have planned:

B: 2 buckwheat cakes & SF syrup, 3 slices bacon, coffee w/h&h
L/D: going out to an Italian restaurant to celebrate my birthday (which was on yesterday's DD). Will update later on what I get.
S: pumpkin cake w/cream cheese icing

Have a good one!

Mary Ellen

Happy birthday, Mary Ellen!

I'm a Mary E. C., too.

UD here but no real plan except to polish off the two Raising Cain's chicken fingers my daughter left in the frig last night. And maybe the malbec.

Happy Birthday! Quiet day for me - yah! DH is off at a football game and the kids have scattered to their own places. I almost never get the house to myself. What shall I do? Cook? Workout? Read? Work? Nap? Maybe all of the above in peace and quiet!!!

Happy Birthday Mary Ellen!

I don't have a plan. I seem to have caught myself a cold.

And it is unusually warm for our area and we don't have air conditioning.

I have taken a cool shower, put on some previously too-tight shorts () and am sitting with a big glass of iced tea. I haven't eaten yet and nothing sounds good.

Dh and I are having a super yummy UD.
B: raisin bran, latte
L: sour cream cheeseburgers on homemade pumpernickle buns with big mac sauce... well I had a full burger plus a patty on the side
D: French toast made with homemade challah bread and bacon -- Can't wait!
I just made some hummus so that might be a snack later if I feel like it.

I'm rediscovering my love for baking now that I'm eating carbs again... so fun!

B : a Krave apple pie protein bar (in the oven) with sf whipped cream and a very nice ripe peach with coffee
L : went to our favorite local Mexican restaurant - fresh salsa with chips. A filet mignon (I estimated 4 oz) with a portabella mushroom cap & some heavenly Mexican cheese. Came with mixed veggies (I had a bite or 2) and a small side salad that was amazing (sliced avocado, small pieces of apple & raisins with red onion) with oil & vinegar. Pleasantly full but not stuffed !
D : turkey/ham wrap with Joseph's lavash bread with a Quest protein chip bag
S : may have a Quest bar after I exercise or a low carb muffin with fruit and more coffee.

Love love my UDs

Thanks for the birthday wishes!

I couldn't find the edit feature so am reposting what I had for dinner - 1 fried zucchini plank w/marinara sauce, salad w/citrus vinaigrette, 2 meatballs, 1/4 of my spaghetti carbonara, and 1 slice italian bread.

Nighttime snack was a protein hot cocoa w/SF whipped cream.

MaryEllen!

I ate too much!

B: 3 small pancakes with SF syrup, chicken/apple sausage, coffee
L: Chipotle barbacoa bowl with brown rice, pintos, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, a few bites of DH's chicken burrito
S: Hungry Bear cookies - 1 apricot sugar cookie & 1 oatmeal raisin cookie
Tons of yard-work, cutting limbs off trees and dragging them to the gutter (bi-annual clean-up where the city collects all our "junk")
D: Costco rotisserie chicken with BWW mango habanero sauce, broccoli in cheese, cocktail

I was about 500 calories over my limit.
