I really did.

I didn't get home until 7 (I like to grocery shop on DDs) and wasn't hungry enough to go to the trouble of my planned dinner so I had a couple of bunches of grapes. Mmmm

I woke up to a new low (not an all-time low, but a recent low).

DD for me !

B : Vente Blonde Starbucks with 1 tbsp hwc = 50 calories
L : at an office meeting so took a half a plain turkey wrap no cheese & ate the turkey with mustard (I'm estimating 2 oz 70 calories) and other half of a veggie wrap (again estimating 20 calories)
D : 1 steamed yellow bean pack from Publix = 68 calories
S : 2 merengue snack packs = 60 calories

Total 268 for the day. Water and lots of coffee.

Another Wednesday, another DD........

I am PHing my DD today.

I have two big presentations today- one in front of bigwigs at work this morning and one a training for new(ish) employees in the afternoon. I'll be happy when I am back home with my feet up this evening.

Today is a PDD for me too, and I'll be doing cleaning, scrubbing, caulking, plastering and priming. I hope potatoes will carry me through.

Typically on Wednesday DDs, I don't eat until 8.

D - Some combination of Quest bar, veggie burger and/or SF PB&J w/Joseph's lavash

I brought 1oz of HWC to work with me, but I haven't had a taste for coffee today, so I will probably save it for tomorrow's UD. Also at work, I have Hanson's diet soda and instant miso soup, if needed.

I'm also having a DDPH today. So far so good.

L: Potatoes with olive oil
D: Potatoes if needed
Diet green tea for the day. I've found that on my DDs water does not keep me satiated.

I am hopeful to work out when I get home for at least 20 minutes or so. Want to get the heart rate pumping and I'm feeling a little better than I did this AM.

I will make it through the day with coffee and herbal tea.
Dinner will be potato soup. Not sure of calorie count but I'm sure it will come in under 500 for a bowl.

I went off and forgot my potatoes this morning.

I was in town so I could buy lunch, but didn't know where to buy cold boiled potatoes. I wound up with Wendy's chili poured over a side salad. It was yummy and pretty filling.

Thanks for the good wishes on the presentations. They both went fine and best of all are now over! More next week though.

I was planning on doing a 3 day PH starting today. I lost more last week than any week since the very beginning (nearly 3 lbs), but this week is not shaping up to be so good. I was hoping a PH would help me pull out at least a small loss.

I'm beating myself up for a high UD yesterday. I think I'll go for a nice long walk and see if it helps my mood.

I hate feeling like I'm doing DDs as penance for UDs, and that I'm treading water because a high UD is making my average more like my maintenance calories. The scale is sort of slowly moving, though, or it was, at least.

What is it you guys say? Trust the process?

Only 10am and I've already had almost 300 calories in shrimp cocktail. Hm. I guess it'll be veg soup the rest of the day!

L : Had to estimate as we went to lunch with my co workers. picked a small garden salad (and I mean tiny) with light dressing and a cup of strawberries. Estimating - 44 calories
D : Publix coleslaw plain with acv & mustard - 20 calories
S : Chibani plain GY and merengue snack pack - 120 calories

Coming in at 234 ! Lots of water, coffee & tea..
