Up day - Tuesday plan?

Good morning all!


B - eggs/toast 280c
S - quest bar 180c
L - chicken/salad/tomato/cottage cheese 250c
D - leftovers---spinach/zucc lasagna 350c

I may throw in an afternoon snack. Not sure. Tonight is a mess with DD12 softball practice at 6:15 clear across town. So may/may not get an adult beverage in tonight!

Keira's back-to-school night is tonight, but the teacher asked that only parents come. I'm not sure if DH will stay home with Keira or if I will, so I can't even remotely begin to plan dinner.

Didn't plan very well so a bit time starved and starved...

B- light breakfast sandwich (180) and half a banana (60) plus a few rice cakes (20)
L - cottage cheese (110) and an orange (65)

435 total for the day so far and heading off to meetings so will have >1000 calories for a nice dinner tonight.

Big birthday luncheon at Red Robin for three co-workers at work today, so I skipped breakfast.

Morning: Drop of skim milk in several coffees with splenda (10 c)
L: Red Robin Sauteed 'Shroom Burger (851 c); 1 c. lettuce (7 c); dressing (50 c)
S: ONLY IF NEEDED - Laughing cow cheese (35) & grapes or watermelon
D: ???? Not sure, but still have over 1000 c left for a nice dinner and evening snack.

Overdosed on okra, bell peppers, onions all fried together for lunch. 400 cal
Chocolate chips
