3rd DD today.
so far coffee with creamer. I brought soup to have at work. Need to come in around 319 calories.. I can do this!!!!

Up at 4am for work as usual.

It's almost 12noon; so far so good.

This morning (liquids only):
1/4c. of Skim Milk in my coffees - (22 cals)
Some Fiber Powder mixed in my coffees - (30 cals)
Hot Tea

This afternoon:
Atkins Shake - (160 cals)

Something less than or equal to 288 cals, to keep me under 500 cals for the day; if I can find some angel-hair cabbage in my grocery stores, I may do the cabbage-chicken-laughing cow cheese dinner!

Day time: Crystal light, water, broth, lemon water, iced tea (iced tea was the key to my previous success on DD's, after my kidney stone I got paranoid and quit drinking it.) (10 cals)

Dinner: Chicken fajita salad
(greens, taco seasoned chicken breast, corn, olives, black beans with greek yogurt and tapatio sauce dressing) (400 cals)

I bought my $10 zoodler today. It works great. It's the $10 one at Walmart (as seen on TV). So I used it to make lunch.

1/2 pita with jelly

I made sauteed veggies and miracle noodles with 1 egg and egg whites. I had too many veggies, so mixed up half of the veggies/noodles with 2 T. light Alfredo sauce.

Toasted flatbread with butter spray/cinnamon/sugar

I'll come in at about 350 today.
