12:30 pm yeah! Ate cucumber and tomatoes, and salt.
For far I feel it's a 4 kind of dd
Supper, ? Popcorn sprayed with olive oil spray, sprinkle dry bakers Yeast, Salt.
I m experimenting with different toppings for popcorn, I've only tried the yeast over several times because I like it to much to try anything else. Miss flexible.
We have an electric popper that we love and added peanut oil to it for popping.
So satisfying dd supper.
Good planning guys

Though my DD number is 326, I can easily do 190. It's 12:30 now and I've had 40 and not thinking about food.

I was planning on my usual 150 cal PIZZA: half for lunch and half for dinner. But I think since I'm not hungry I'll eat 150 calories of watermelon instead. I use to do that years ago, watermelon all day and I'd drop 4 lbs the next morning. Last time I did it though I only dropped 1-2 lbs I think - I don't remember.

So today I'll try:

- watermelon
- Yogi fasting tea and detox tea w/lemon

It cleans me out and lifts my moral (even though it's not fat loss.)
I'm curious to see what my weight will be tomorrow.

Sounds good, Heather. I was hungry today, so I bought a antipasto salad at the grocery store for 60 cals. Planning on a little pork roast and okra with tomatoes for supper.
