DD Friday - TGIF!

I didn't see a thread for today so started one. Had my first successful rotation of DD-UD after a long absence from JUDDD and now am starting my second DD. I am starving already today but will persevere!

here's my plan:

B: water and diet soda
L: some crock pot salsa chicken (1/2 cup = 125 cals)
D: more chicken and maybe a piece of fruit or some cherry tomatoes

I slept pretty well last night, so I'm anticipating a pretty easy DD. Don't quote me on that at 4:00 when I'm starving, though.

B: Black coffee
L: Small Wendy's chili with onions and scorpion pepper sauce
D: ??

I'll need to go to the store. Most likely zoodles of some variety. I should come in at or around 300 calories today.

Lately this has been working for me:

D - Fage, plain 2% or Total + Quest bar

Looking forward to a Coke Zero this afternoon.

I almost always sleep 8 hours, or close to it. Last night, I only slept 5 hours, so I hope it doesn't make my DD more difficult. I guess I can go to bed earlier!

3rd DD of the week. I have some GY that is going to expire soon so I thought I'd better eat it quick. Menu so far :

B/ L/D: 90 cal Chobani Greek 0 % yogurt cup + 2 strawberries in each serving

Total 294 + a splash hwc in my Starbucks coffee probably puts me around 325 a bit over but it's ok.

Today energy and mood pretty good though feeling cold again. It' a hard week with 4 DDs but almost through it.

I have to go out to dinner tonight. Going to need run hard at the gym if I want to even try to keep any semblance of a down day. Anyone have ideas for what to order at The Cheesecake Factory or Friendly's that isn't too ridiculously high in calories?

Cheesecake Factory does have a really decent lower calorie section of the menu. I can't remember what I've gotten off it in the past, but I do remember it was really good. You can do it!

Thanks Carol! I think it's called skinilicious or something. I'm going to try, but I always hate when I want to keep it low and stuff pops up.

I love the Skinnylicious menu. I've had several things off it and they've all been good. I've eaten at the Cheesecake Factory on a few DDs.

Crazy day at work. All heck's breaking loose. Plus, TOM decided to visit and I have a raging headache. I'm still on track with food, but make no guarantees for this evening. There may be a cocktail or two involved.
