After work:
either Fage yogurt or veggie burger
Quest Bar
Cheese Stick (if necessary)

Just realized I could have almost 2 veggie burgers for the same calories as the Quest bar. I also have a large bag of pre-washed greens. I'll have to give that some thought.

**Probably a little too preoccupied with food today**

I've been making these a lot on DDs lately or as a late night snack on UDs if I get the munchies because they're so low in calories:

30 - 1/2 Joseph's pita toasted
10 - stuffed w/favorite salad greens (kale, celery, romaine, tomatoes, sprouts, radishes, red bell pepper)
0 - rice vinegar and stevia.

I may have 6 today: TOTAL 240 calories
