Up day Wednesday Plan?

HUMP DAAAAAY----good morning all!

I was starving this a.m. so I had my breakfast and snack at once.

B - egg/toast/quest bar 480c
L - salad with chicken/tomato/cottage cheese/sour cream/salsa 300c
S - granola bar 190c (if needed)
D - steak/potato (need to figure the calories) I have 930c available

I gotta get some of those Quest bars - I've heard good things.

B: Peanut butter and chocolate baked oatmeal for one 280ish c
L: Dried mango 140 c, Greek yogurt 190 c
S: Caramel Cheddar popcorn 140c
D: Honey Garlic chicken and maybe some rice (???c)

Maybe ice cream later...

B : Cottage cheese w/strawberries & 3 turkey sausage links - 363 cal
L : Egg salad w/guacamole & Graze snack pack - 568 cal
D : 6 oz ground chicken w/1 cup cooked zoodles - 277 cal
S : 1 lc pita & 1 oz of brie cheese - 160 cal

Leaves me 226 for a Quest bar & some whipped cream for my after workout treat

SF black iced tea, coffee & water.

OH we love them at our house. DD12 loves the Apple Pie ones, which I do too. I love the Oreo ones! YUM

DD9 and I love Quest bars too! We usually stick with the double chocolate chunk or the coconut cashew. She likes the chocolate chip cookie dough, but I don't usually buy that one. It's been a while though, so I might get that kind next time I buy some boxes.

I swear I love all the Quest bars equally. My favorite thing to do is I cut them up & then put them in a microwable bowl or cup for 20 to 30 seconds. Then top with whipped cream Seriously like a warm brownie, cake that is just amazing !
