DD Tuesday - Plan?

odd day for me. I was a meeting last night till after 9:00 so everying is a mess. I didn't get to prep/plan my DD like I normally do. DH must have been rushed this a.m. too, we didn't bring in much! LOL Good thing it's a DD for us!

I have as possible options:

2 eggs 140c
strawberries/cottage cheese 100c
Chicken (forgot we had this at work)
salad with cherry tomoatos with aforementioned chicken 140c

that actually might work. i am thinking roasted Cauliflower tonight.

Time will tell.

B : 45 cal Dannon Light & Fit yogurt + strawberries = 69 cal
L : 90 cal Chonabi plain greek yogurt + blueberries = 109 cal
D : cucumber /red onion salad (with acv & lemon) = 29 cal
S : SF jello = 5 cal

Total 212 & have 107 to play with if needed.

SF Starbucks iced coffe, black coffe + water w/lemon.

I have not been juddding for a while..I am going to try to get into it again..
I was trying high fat low carbs but I just keep getting fatter, grrr.. juddd worked for me last year so I am trying it again..
Today I had a slice of bacon and a protein pandcake for breakfast . 120
L- 1.5 ounces of sliced steak and wholly guac.. (someone mentioned it here and it was awesome) about 140
D- will be 3 ounces of shrimp with cocktail sauce 90
I am working till 9 pm, if I need to eat more I did bring a small amount of cottage cheese..
I really need to do this!!!

B: Banana bread single serve Baked oatmeal (156 cals), copius amounts of iced black tea
S: Raspberries (10 cal for 10)
L: Skinny popcorn lite cheddar (43) and 1 string cheese (80)
S: Strawberries (29)
D: Chicken italian sausage (130ish for one) and red pepper (35)
I may have some watermelon in a bit as well!

Came home after a rough day & fell asleep after dinner. Woke up and had a handful of strawberries with 3 small dill pickles. So came in at 231 calories. Not hungry but feel super super cold. Chugging more water & may have some hot tea before bed. First DD of the week almost over
