Still having a rough time on the scale with lots of inflammation &'soreness from PT. I Am not letting myself get annoyed by the higher scale weights, though. (I am up 10# from my preferred low/goal) need a good DD today despite killer PT this morning!

Gonna go for liquids only. It's tougher right now with the fam around all day, but must.be.done.

Poor sweet pea!!!! I hope the extra rest helps girl!!!

Well, I am back from picking Jenna up from VBS and running errands. I ate a few of Jenna's evil curly fries (just a few, tho!) and am enjoying the hot weather now. It's been too cool this summer for me! Finally a hot day!!!!

Thanks gf, it wouldn't be so bad, except I am super weak with poor balance...plus my hips are messed up, making it harder to do knee stuff properly. My bod is more whacked than I ever realized!

D - yogurt, apple slices, maybe a turkey burger & steamed green veggies- somewhere around 250 ( I gotta look up the ground turkey calories to be exact)

Aiming for a 500 calorie DD today.

Ended up trying another water fast day, well almost water fast... I added 8 oz of coconut water for the electrolytes. Would have loved more but I want to see how it effects my BG.

I added light Alfredo sauce and garlic to my zoodles. Came in at 291 calories.

I came in at around 500 or a bit less. I didn't sleep well, but pleased with making it through successfully.

I ended up eating a few strawberries with cool whip. Then I passed out at 6 PM. It was delightful. Feeling much more human this AM.
