Yesterday's DD became an UD (surprise kidless night, so we took advantage and had date night). Didn't get home until 2:00 a.m. and I actually slept in until 8:30 a.m. Woohoo! This should be a pretty easy DD.

B: Black coffee (5)
L: Probably FF Greek yogurt (120)
D: Tom Yum broth with zoodles (haven't calculated yet)

DH has to work tonight, so even though I slept in, I'll probably go to bed pretty early.

3 oz pork chop (minus fat) mustard+stevia pickles, stevia
5 oz hamburger w/sf catsup 1 tsp, 1tsp mayo, pickles, stevia
2 instant coffee, 1oz hwc; lots of decaf tea with stevia
Easy for me, only had to cook the hamburger, chop was frozen and reheated., calculate around 500 cals, I notice there is a big difference between different calorie counting sites. I can almost feel what's about right, if I eat too little on both DDs and UDs there is a wreck coming in a few days.

I had one cup of coffee (2), then we went to a movie, did some errands, and had a late lunch at Chili's. I got the "lighter" sirloin and broccoli for only 250 calories. It's almost 6:00 p.m. and I'm not hungry yet, so that'll probably be it today unless I feel like some watermelon later. 252 calories, or if I have a big serving of watermelon, 342.

Amla is edible?? I had only ever heard of it as an herb used to temper the color of henna on the hair. You learn something new every day.

Yeah, and it's really good for blood sugar and a million other things. I order the kind meant to be used in food.
