Oh my gosh whats wrong with me tonight?

Ate a good size breakfast and all day I wasn't hungry. Still felt full at noon so skipped lunch but tonight I just can't seem to get full. Ate supper, had peanut butter for a snack and just grabbed another bite of roast. The weirdest part is usually by now I'd be bloated and full to the point of hurting but I feel like I've hardly ate a thing. Already over my UD limit by 185. Gotta distract myself!

Dixie are you actually feeling hunger pangs? If you are go ahead and eat something. A few nuts, a boiled egg, a little cheese even a tsp of coconut oil.

If not, why do you think you want to eat? When it happens to me I ask myself what I'm feeling besides hunger and I'm usually bored. So I get up and move for awhile, clean something, go for a walk, turn on some music and dance Or I call someone and chat about something besides food.

No matter what don't feel bad. You're going through some normal stuff that a lot of beginners go through. One thing I had to learn was that there is no perfect way. Do your best and be nice to yourself like you would to a friend.

Wouldn't call it hunger pains per say but an empty stomach feeling if that makes any sense. Its been a weird day. Tummy's off a bit with some bathroom issues all day but don't feel sick. No more food for me tonight for sure! Kitchen is closed and off limits!

dixiegal -- I had a fasting DD yesterday. Everything was going perfectly, and I felt awesome..... until about 10:30 pm. I started getting the urge to eat. A small part of it may have been actual hunger, but I think it was more of a psychological need than a physical one. That was the first time in my 5 days of JUDDDing that I just felt COMPELLED to eat. In addition to losing weight, I desperately want to learn to control my emotional (over)eating. I did the same thing as you to distract myself -- got into bed and turned on some reruns! I was excited to eat today on my UD -- burgers at 10 am!
