Up Day Tuesday- Let's Roll!

My plans for today are:

First breakfast(already ate it!)- pork chop and half an avocado
Second breakfast- either another pork chop or some sashimi and seaweed
Lunch- bacon and vegetables
Dinner- pot roast, roasted beets/brussel sprouts/onions, sweet potato
Dessert-? maybe fried banana, maybe chia pudding, maybe nothing

I'm feeling good, and glad to be doing solid JUDDDing again. That maintenance was harder than I would have thought.

Hey girl! Let's ROLL indeed.

B - eggs/waffle 245c
L - chicken/lettuce/tomato/chick peas/cottage cheese/salsa 300c
(DH didn't plan well, as I know we don't have much chicken at work)
S - granola bar 190c
D - honestly, not sure. Probably leftovers.....
Pork/rice/green beans 400c

As I stated, we didn't plan well. I have 865c left to cover. I am sure I will get it in too!

B: Coffee w/1 tbsp HH. Mandarin oranges and pineapple bits. Oatmeal.
L: No idea.
D: Again, no idea. I'm craving Mexican food, so I'm sure I'll have that.

I've worked out the calories in my tracker, and I have about 600-1000 left, depending on what I choose to eat for lunch and whether I go out for dinner.

Have a great day, everyone!!

D-BBQ-probably a burger and a hot dog and corn on the cob.
S-string cheese, nuts, and/or protein bar. Not sure how many calories I will have left depending on what kind of salad I have for lunch

B: Medium Iced Caramel Coffee and english muffin
L: Alfredo Pasta with zucchini
D: Garden burger and sweet potato fries.

It's called The Promise by Kristen Ashley. It's part of a series called "The Burg". She has a bunch of series and I love her. It came out today, but I got my copy early on my kindle. I would definitely recommend her if you like romance/suspense.

Getting back to posting menus again... It helps!
B: Coffee, 3 homemade pancakes, SF maple syrup (not the healthiest breakfast for a workday, but they were leftover, and I COULDN'T let them go to waste!)
L: Chicken stir fry & rice (more leftovers)
D: Coca Cola Pork Roast with carrots & potatoes, and maybe some buttered bread

still leaves me a little short on calories...
S: MAYBE a beer... but PROBABLY some ice cream...

S: cherries, grapes
D: vodka gimlet, reuben sandwich, cole slaw
D: ice cream or a little candy

they sell the SF so delicious ice cream at Whole Foods. It is a little pricey but soooo worth it. All the other sf ice creams have maltitol and try to kill me. The coconut sf icecream is sweetened with erythritol and is so so good. Chocolate, Vanilla, and Mint Chip.

A few changes:

B - same 245c
S - cottage cheese/strawberries 100c
L - same 300c
S - my granola bar was only 140c

785c before dinner! Hoping the kids save me those leftovers I noted above, which still leaves 815c for after dinner. Not sure, DD12 has volleyball till 6:30 and then goes immediately to Softball till 8:30. Problem, SOMEONE has to drive her to all those places.

Oooh, summer sausage. I don't think I've had that since I was low carb. It used to be a camping staple when I was a kid, and a must-have when we'd take the boat (that we no longer have ) to the lake when I was low carb. I may have to pick some up.

No yogurt. I took the early lunch, so had no need.

D: DH's coq au vin, which isn't coq and uses white wine instead of red, with mushrooms, bacon, and whatever else he wants to throw in. Roasted asparagus on the side.
