fasting til dinner, which won't be a DD dinner--looking forward to a fun weekend in SF with DH--but yesterday was an UUAD, so I need to at least fast til dinner, with the exception of a few teaspoons of mCT oil. Boy this post had a lot of acronyms!

We really do have our own language.

I had a light lunch with a friend. For the rest of today I'm planning on tomatoes, cucumber, broth, and a little chicken if I need more oomph. Feeling good, and I have no commitments until tomorrow, so I can always take a nap if I get hungry and cranky!

Recovering from a 'bad day' yesterday that resulted in one of only 2 binge episodes since beginning JUDDD on Feb. 3.
Fasting but for bites of Yogurt as needed.
So far so good!

Just about 4pm our time, and I am doing alright. No hunger to speak of, but I did have an emotional desire for food after filling out college loan applications with Middlest. I resisted.

I was a little hungry in the evening, but nothing unmanageable. It felt good to get to bed with a successful Down Day under my belt.
