It's my first full week of JUDDD (restart) and I lost 2 pounds! I feel jazzed.

6/30 - DD - 000.0 - 711 Restarting after a week of debauchery
7/01 - UD - 228.8 Ouch. Essentially wiped out a month of loss.


Feeling crappy today because of the gain from last week, and knowing that TOM is likely just around the corner. But it felt good to at least get a DD under my belt again yesterday. Hopefully I won't spend too much time retreading old ground before getting back into losing mode.

New goal is a range of 110-115lbs (i.e., DD-UD range within a week). As most of you know, this is not a weight goal as such, it's body fat goal. (I want to reduce to 25% body fat from my current approx. 30%.) Once I reach that weight, I'll see if it's practical to reduce it by another 3-5 lbs.

Mind if I join in again? Not really JUDDDing currently, but doing LCHF with moderate days and down days on calories (here's hoping anyhow, I'm on a re commit) I just found that when I was posting daily to this thread early this year I seemed to do better with accountability and losses. Thanks y'all! Been backsliding for several months and really need the support.
