Last time this WOE worked for me I had a few periods of 4 day stalls
so I am ready for this and just ride the wave so to speak.
Focusing on how good I feel today, at least I am trying and the
results are just round the corner...
Would love to take a walk today if the rain lets up, not apposed
to walking in light rain, like this.

Man, these lady hormones...When I started JUDDD last month, I lost 4lbs in 2 days (289 to 285), then bounced up 2.6lbs--turned out it was 2 days before TOTOM, and it was 9 more days til I saw a whoosh back to that 1st low, then another 2 days before I saw a real, new loss again! I just bounced around 287-289 for 12 days. Only had 2 "good" days til the pounds heralding TOM struck. Six days of no progress on the scale, 9 days of progress, then blam! Hormones again!

Well, one thing I just realized going through my calendar was that both times so far I had a dramatic new low 2 days before TOTOM.
So...that's something to look forward to, I guess.

Yesterday I also realized that I hadn't eaten any eggs all week. I usually eat them every day for breakfast
but have been trying out different sources of protein/trying to eat up leftovers.
Will have more eggs this week to see if it helps.

This last week or 2 I also had lower DDs (around 800 calories), and showed a gain after some of them; I had been losing fine on 1200 (50%) DDs. I might just keep plugging along around 800 because there could be weight loss going on under this hormonal water weight...or go back up a little to see if that works better. I just had 2 UDs in a row so I am going to try to make today a pretty low DD if possible; I slept kinda late so it might not be too difficult.

Hope this long post doesn't bother anybody--I'm just making notes here instead of updating my weight loss journal!

PS--Also haven't been taking my glutamine or chia/gel as regularly.
Funny how I can't always tell how much something is helping til I stop/forget for a few days.
Definitely suffered a bit for it--chia/gel reduced stomach pain from medication.

It sounds like you're keeping really good track of this PJ! I can totally relate to the hormonal thing. I've come to the conclusion that hormones are the number one factor in weight loss/stall/gain for some people, especially women, and figuring that out is so important! Hope your stomach issues subside soon.

Mom23 congrats on making goal! Long before the month is done too.

And you too Marika! Maintaining nicely below your goal. I can't even imagine what it's like to see numbers that low everyday!

That was after a solid fast day. And today my daughter and I went out and tried three of the places listed in my favorite newspaper's review of the best ice cream in Warsaw. I tried pear, and caramel, and cinnamon, and something with coconut and white chocolate. I also had tastes of my daughter's carrot and melon and black currant. Pear was best, although black currant was second best, and carrot was surprisingly good.
