Yes. I had hoped I could get control of my UDs so I could fast again. I did only HDE for two months and then decided to try JUDDD with it. It's working great. I haven't experienced any overeating on my UDs so far. The DDs were always easy for me, but I had constant out-of-control binges on UDs. It seems the HDE principles are the key for me.

Just had 44 cal of fresh, local strawberries, yum! I am so excited it is strawberry season. On Wednesday I will add half a banana to the strawberries, can't wait.

Later I will have a ham and cheese sandwich for 270 cal.

Maybe a 100 cal snack pack late night if I am hungry.

I'm thinking I've made it through this DD. No calories (just a lot of unsweetened tea in cafes) until late this evening, when I had several slices of salami from the fridge. The tricky thing is that I've now got social engagements for Wednesday and Friday, so I'd like to do another DD tomorrow. I might just do that, since fasting can get easier the second day. (And hopefully the combination of protein and fat in the salami won't throw me off.)

I'm STARVING! LOL

Down day today. So far all I have had is my coffee with fat free h&h and sugar free creamer. Dinner will most likely be the rotel, laughing cow combo thingy. I'm not even sure. All I know is my stomach is mad at me right now

So today:

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 oz cream cheese
Lunch: steamed chinese veggies and shrimp
early dinner: Canned green beans with hot sauce on it
Other: a stick of gum, 2 chips

500 calories. If I get starving before bed, I'll have a pickle or something very low calorie like that. I'm also okay with going up to 600 calories these first few DDs until I adjust...

D: Plan is for a Quest bar and tea (170) This is subject to change depending on what the family's doing for dinner.

Not exactly a down day by your standards, but better than I've been doing.

I ended up having a 100 cal popcorn w/a ham sammie. (35 cals for each slice x 2 + 3 slices of ham 40 cals each and low fat mayo).

I need to plan better!
