This is my second DD

B: protein shake 110 cals
L: Can tuna fish with a T of low fat mayo 135 cals
D: 4 oz chicken breast and some steamed broccoli ~250

I've been eating low carb for the past 8 weeks and plan to up them slowly after JUDDD induction. Looking forward to checking out these progresso soups!

This is I think my 6th DD...I am not hungry!!!! YAY!!!! I have fasted so far today and it is 3:00, and I think I will let things just happen, maybe no food, but if I get hungry I will have a protein shake for 150 cals later

I would like to try Progresso soup also but I have not been able to find them in Alberta...

Well, I've certainly kept busy. It has been mostly water and mushrooms so far. Heading out to the dog park, soon.

Thanks for sharing your DD plans on this thread!!
I stuck to mine and felt fairly well all day.
Those Lite Progressive Soups really really satisfy me! If anyone can make it here for DD lunches I'd be delighted to split a can!
Sirtain, I munch on raw mushrooms really often. Love them!
