S: I have a banana, a nectarine, parmesan crisps, and Quest bars for if/when I need a snack

Darn....stall day. I had to get on the scales twice after having a great DD! Stalled at the weight of yesterday morning...

But, I will continue, todays an UD so perhaps I won't hit as high as I did on Wednesday. Going to recheck my numbers.

And after all, it's TGIF...that's really good. It has quite raining, the sun is shining and my house cleaner comes today. YEEAAA..

HI!!!
I've been "away" for a while, and yesterday was my first real DD in a long time. I'm going to try to jump right back in with today's UD menu.

B: coffee, hb egg, black forest ham
L: turkey meatballs, italian veggies
S: coffee, oatmeal, NPB
D: chicken, rice
S: coffee, maybe a snack (ice cream or popcorn)

I'm eating a cheeseburger Happy Meal. I'll save the apples for tomorrow. Tonight I'm cooking London Broil, cauliflower and fresh green beans.

Cindy--a Happy meal!

I had a cereal bar this morning, a few snack crackers just now, and in between, a lunch of meatloaf, green beans, lima beans, mashed potatoes/gravy, bread, and a (shared) piece of lemon pie. I tasted a couple other entrees on the buffet, but the meatloaf was so good, I just concentrated on that.

That sounds good, Emma! I think I'm going to make meatloaf instead tonight. The London Broil really needs to marinate longer.
