Has anyone done two DD in a row and if so did it help to get the weight moving down.

Thanks

WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
Many of us have tried it once or twice and didn't notice any benefits. Pat (SoHappy) did an experiment a few years ago and did it often for a while, but saw no benefit at all, IIRC. More than once in a while, my personal opinion is that, it would be more stress than your body needs and could have a negative impact.

Rhonda, I've never tried 2 consecutive DDs, but I've thought about it. I remember reading that people were trying it but didn't see it made any difference and was very difficult. I suppose it might get things moving again, but I've had luck with that from having just an all bacon or all egg DD. Good luck!

I've never tried it. I've never felt so inclined. I really like the EOD rotation. I find it works best over the long haul.

In his original book, Dr. J cautions against consecutive DDs. The principle of JUDDD is that it takes the body 48 hours to down regulate from very low calories. By increasing calories after only one day, the person gains the benefit of the 'fasting' without the downside of metabolic reduction.

IMO it's important to understand the principles behind any plan one follows--Atkins, JUDDD, etc.
