Hi

I have really struggled with binge eating this past year and have sadly gained back all the weight I lost. But I am going to really try this month and strive to meet my JUDDD target calories.

deedee, it's typical, but frustrating, that the second day is the one the scale reflects. And TOM--it's been awhile since I've had one, but it seems like they show up SO OFTEN. I remember having them about every 21-25 days. Ugh.

I'm missing SS, too, Pat. I hope you get to feeling better soon. It's turned cold again in the south, so people are all feeling icky here. I don't want our famous 110 degree days, but I would like a little warmth. Hope you're getting some sunshine, anyway.

haha yes! it probably will be about 8 lbs after I lose all the artificial water weight. I'm really bloatttted and retaining a lot of water.

Aaah, okay, bloat and water weight go fast. I was a tad concerned. I don't think I EVER lost 15 pounds in a month, even when I was at my highest. Good luck!
