UD Wednesday ~ What's on your plate?
Trying HDE or IE for a bit, but still tracking.
B: 1/2 C cottage cheese with raisins, flax seeds, and hazelnuts; coffee
L: 1/2 Chef salad with cilantro/avocado dressing, split pea soup with ham
Snacks: I have FF Greek yogurt and Quest bars if needed.
B: Coffee/HWC, chobani plain, 5.35 oz deli ham
L: Subway Turkey Avocado Bacon Salad
D: Vodka gimlet, chili
D: something good
OH Yummy UP DAY!!
B - toast eggs 350c
S - protein granola 190c
L - chicken/casserole 400c
D - baked ham. Can't decide if I want a big chef salad or what???
I have 1000c for dinner and beyond. I am certian I will use them!!!!!!
Looks like a ham day all around! :D
