lol other than a roast planned for supper I have no idea.

I have some leftover sirloin, so I may cut that up and do a stir fry for lunch with asparagus and onions, maybe some cabbage.

Start Date: Low calorie 6/12 ; Low carb 9/12/ ; JUDDD 11/13/12
B-coffee w/light cream - about 160 - used splenda brown sugar blend and had a dollop of whipped cream

cottage cheese w/strawberries - about 250, if I eat it all

L-chili w/ 2 T of sour cream and small salad - about 350 total

D-?

I haven't eaten much during the day in a long time...it seems like a lot of food planned lol. Not hungry either.

Good morning ladies! It's FRIDAY - EVE!!!!

B - eggs/toast 280c
L - salad with chicken/tomato/cottage cheese 250c
S - protein granola bar 190c
D - not sure. We haven't planned well. I know DD12 has something all evening and DS15 is working. Maybe DH and I will grill? But it's rainy???

Need to start planning getter!

B- coffee with HWC, turkey patty, 2 eggs over easy, 1/2 C oatmeal
L- Double Down from KFC
D- chicken salad

Checked out the calories for this and it comes out to 1470 cals with the Double Down. So I'm still ok, lol

D-Simply Smart lightly breaded turkey strips, in sugar-free bbq sauce, side salad
Dessert: Trader joes ginger snaps and strawberry ice cream

Well DH bought me some cheetos....so that will bring my calories up by 500! SO I still have 830c for dinner. I cut my salad down to 200c! Total for the day will be near 2000c

I had no trouble eating what I brought today and then some. Even though I don't feel hungry sometimes on UDs, eating at all seems to wake up my tummy. I'm at around 1100 before dinner...
