I feel great today! I could probably do a full fast

I'm going to fast until dinner, then probably do fish and broccoli or some sort of hamburger helper depending on how the evening goes.

Planning on a high(ish) DD to MD. It's bf's birthday, and I've had 140 calories so far. I plan on making hamburgers (4 oz for me), and baked potato wedges--will weigh mine. And, we'll have strawberry shortcake, and I'm using the the little 80 calorie angel food cups. How's that for improvising?
