B - black coffee (still not loving the taste, but it's nice to have something warm)
L- iced coffee with 3 tablespoons half n half, sugar free jello
D- 2 oz turkey pepperoni, pickle spears, 1/2 glass of kefir milk before bed

280 for the day

I feel great today! I could probably do a full fast ;)

I'm going to fast until dinner, then probably do fish and broccoli or some sort of hamburger helper depending on how the evening goes.

Hoping to just HAVE a Down Day today. Water and kombucha. Monday turned into a crazy, apple pastry free-for-all. :(

Planning on a high(ish) DD to MD. It's bf's birthday, and I've had 140 calories so far. I plan on making hamburgers (4 oz for me), and baked potato wedges--will weigh mine. And, we'll have strawberry shortcake, and I'm using the the little 80 calorie angel food cups. :) How's that for improvising? :D
