DD Tuesday - say bye bye bunny!
 
Hi Folks!

I'm back after several days (weeks?) of weirdness.

Today is starting off as a GREAT DD and I plan to keep it that way!

B: x

L: large can of chicken thai soup - 140

D: lots of veggies and some protein

Targeting 500 or even 600 as my first good DD in a while.

and lots of fluids.

6-9 coffee, 1/4c ff milk, 2ysp sugar, coffee 1 tsp MCT and 1 tsp butter.
9-12 3T egg ehites, 3T chopped onion/peppers, 3 oz sliced strawberries.
12-3 ten spears asparagus, 1 laughing cow wedge, 1c chicken broth
3-6 1 qt lemon water, 2 celery sticks, 1tsp peanut butter
6-9 1c cabbage soup
9-11 1/4c dry oats cooked, 1T maple syrup

My first real, on purpose DD in a long time too, Soren! I've been sort of Fast-5ing it, but man, I can pack a lot of calories into one 5 hour window.
We went out to dinner last night and I gorged. I felt so sick afterwards, I knew today was going to have to be a DD.
B: Coffee w HWC & SF Vanilla syrup (100)
L: Water
D: 3/4 can Progressive Light Soup (120), 1 GLCB Everything Bagel (65), 1 wedge LC French Onion (35)
S: Tea (0)
Total: 320
I'm happy with that for my first DD in forever.

I went over on Tuesday-- I'd say closer to a MD. But I keep trying :)
