Tuesday UD! What's on your menu?

Good morning!
I wish my dog would sleep past 5:30 I have nothing planned this morning and I really wanted to sleep until, you know, 6 or so

I've been enjoying trying new paleo/primal recipes, so today I am making a casserole from "the iron you" Caramelized Cauliflower and Mushroom Casserole . Sounds interesting.
That along with a burger patty for supper sounds good.

Breakfast: coffee, may make a coconut/almond flour biscuit w/egg and ham later.
Lunch: no clue, maybe a big salad w/chicken and all the veggies

I made some chicken liver pate yesterday to snack on, too. Good source of fat and protein

WOE: Low Carb (Less than 30 total a day)
Start Date: Always Ongoing it seems
Little behind on logging my days
Sunday of course was the big Easter dinner - delicious!
Monday DD: Kale, Tilapia, and a protein shake.

Today!
S: Yogurt w/granola
L: Creamy chicken Noodles
S: Lime Greek Yogurt
D: I'm thinking chicken with diced tomatoes and cheese with a salad on the side. Banana Pudding for dessert

I'm still maintaining - I won't call it a stall yet. I hope I can get back to losing soon. I feel bloated/swollen, so I know that's part of it. I think I'm retaining lots of water right now.

OK thought I had chicken at work, didn't, so it was rice/tuna. Still about 300c.

DH wants to go out for mexican for dinner. SO I am sure I will use all my 1200 remaining calories....and enjoy them all!!!!!!!

The guys are going out for Thai today, so I asked them to bring me back a Thai Papaya/Shrimp salad. My coworker knows what I like and he recommended it, so I'm anxious to try it.

Oh, and I had a Quest bar, too.

Change of plans.
I had cod and mushrooms for breakfast
Wasn't hungry for lunch so I had a few slices of proscuitto and sliced tomatoes.
Supper, DH mentioned he wants spaghetti this week, so I made sauce with the ground beef and put it away for tomorrows supper.
Tonight is pan fried sirloin and the primal cauliflower recipe from above along with a romaine and spinach salad.
