DD Saturday--Who's With Me?

Seems like a slow day on the JUDDD forums today. Must be the holiday weekend. I changed up my rotations and am doing a DD today after 2 UDs.

B-coffee w/light cream and SF Italian creamer - 75

L-probably nothing

D-Maybe chicken noodle soup, or baked chicken and salad

Everything is up in the air...no plans, but no problem either.

I'm going to try to have a DD, but I don't know how it'll go. I'll be making a pecan pie (my first ever) this afternoon for Easter dessert. And I kind of have that feeling that I might want to just eat over the weekend and start fresh again Monday. We'll see.

B: Coffee/HWC

....that's all I can commit to at the moment.

Right here with you.

Broth/CO
EAS AdvantEDGE shake - French Vanilla (new blend)
Broth/CO
Gallon of lemon water

(I don't post my menu items because, well... like this one... it isn't likely to change much anytime soon. Just thought you could use some camaraderie!)

We'll be coloring eggs later.
Happy Easter weekend!

Carol I know what you mean. So far I have made Jello salad with cottage cheese, Truffles, and a Peanutbutter bannan Cream pie, and potato salad, and eggs. Been cooking since 9 this morning except for a hour break to run back to the store. It is almost 7:30 and I quit until early tomorrow. Just made me a 2nd mug of coffee today going to enjoy it and take a bath and wait for the Easter Bunny!

It was really good! I still love fruit pies the best of all, but I love all things caramelly and sugary, and this fits that bill! Easy to make too!

I did not have a DD on Saturday after all. It was more of a MD. Just being accountable...Today is my first DD since last Wednesday!
