UD Thursday! What's on your menu?
 
Well considering the weekend, this will be an MD about 900-1000 cals rather than an UD.

B: coffee; 1 egg and a small chuck steak, cooked w/a little butter
L: not sure yet, maybe just a salad w/veggies and evoo/vinegar
S: chicken thighs (they're boneless and skinless, so may do them wrapped in bacon); steamed asparagus

I need a MD too, but might wait until Sat. to do it...if I can. We don't do anything big or special for Easter, but I have a luncheon on Tuesday.

B-2 eggs, Greek yogurt

L-maybe chili and a salad

D-?

My plan for today is pork stew with parsnips and carrots.
Bacon and potatoes.
Pork loin or chops with ratatouille and asparagus.
Banana and strawberry smoothie.

PIZZA...
That is the only thing I have planned. Not to say that is the only thing I will eat. LOL We are having a pizza lunch at work today. Don't have a dinner plan yet.

I'm thinking I'll keep it fairly low the next 4 days, and that leaves me wiggle room for whatever comes up.

Snacky day. In an all-day meeting, so eating a little bit at each break. Forgot my breakfast at home, so began a day of grabbing this and that.

coffee/cream (100)
100-cal bag of grahams (100)
4 cheese Nabs (130)
turkey and swiss on rye (still have half left) (401)
1 mini twix (43)
100-cal bag of cheezits (100)


743 so far.
Almost not worth posting about, but I am committed to tracking, so I've always got the calorie counts, no matter how junky they are.

I hear ya, Emma Liza. I count the junk too, as it seems to appear most UDs. :D

What else can we do? :hyst: Tomorrow I've got a big ol' pot luck lunch. Fried chicken, coconut cake, the works. Sigh. I'll stay in my calorie range, but what those cals will be be is anyone's guess. If I'm feeling good and strong--and today I am--it will be fine. I keep telling myself that.

And one of these up days, I''m going to spend my calories on my favorite burger/fries. I just haven't been able to give up the little sweets I indulge in to accommodate that. This is actually what I love most about JUDDD, that I can have something junky and still lose weight for the week. :)
