Have had nothing yet except coffee/FF half and half. If I get hungry, I have veggies leftover from last night's dinner--carrots and turnip greens with plenty of vinegary hot sauce. Taking my sister out to dinner for Mediterranean/Israeli food, so it would be nice to have all/most of my cals for that. Will probably have Jerusalem salad and grilled salmon on the side. Planning for >400 for the day.

Lettuce, cucumber, pickle, celery, peppercini, turkey pepperoni- 64 calories.
Probably will have an 80 calorie yogurt, too.
