UD Tuesday - Plan?

B: Sweet potato w/cinnamon
S: Banana
L: Salad w/greens, tomato, onion, raisins, feta, and a few fried onions for some crunch,
S: Greek Yogurt
D: Tilapia w/red potatoes and maybe broccoli

Change of plans--ate dry cheerios instead of cheese/crackers, and heading out to eat for dinner. Got about 800 cals to "spend." So glad it's UD.
