Morning!
Probably more an MD today since I went over yesterday on fresh strawberries lol.
B; coffee w/half and half so far
L: steak and salad
S: spiced keema (from nomnompaleo, but I use lean ground beef) over romaine w/homemade harissa

Lunch was a chili's santa fe chicken salad, so not too calorie or carb heavy. Not totally primal because of the corn tortilla strips, but I only had a couple of those.
