cici: ACK! I'm sorry to hear about your grand-niece! I hope she heals quickly and without issues. Poor thing.

I'd have never thought to eat them toasted though.

Cici, I hope your poor grand-niece recovers fast.

Very heartening to discover that I'm not the only one who thinks Cadbury's eggs are

Reading this post on a DD wasn't a great idea!
Am now lusting after Sainsbury's Belgian fruit & nut milk chocolate and have vowed not to buy any till I'm back at goal weight.

I had a single, solitary, lonely little old chocolate covered espresso bean yesterday, and thought of you all.

Kimberly shared this on FB. She pops in here from time to time, but I don't know if she has seen this thread, so I thought I'd share it here.

cici how awful for her I know from cooking that melted sugar can really burn you, and since the peeps have a sugar coating, that was probably why

The caffeine cancels out the chocolate like a diet drink cancels out a Double Whopper with cheese and a side of fries.
(I will reject anyone saying otherwise. I have to have my fantasies, too! )

Happy Easter weekend everyone!

I love choc. covered espresso beans. Sometimes a coffee shop will have them. That's usually where I've indulged but it's been awhile.

Okay, I've decided at 12:01 I will indulge in another PG egg ... since, ya know, it'll be Easter and all. Eight hours. Now, I've gone 3 months without a single piece of chocolate or grain of REAL sugar; but 8 hours seems so far away. I must remember what Easter is REALLY about because 8 hours ain't nuttin.

Not sure if I should be grateful or sad that my local grocery store didn't have any of the interesting flavors. I was on the lookout for the brownie, or for twix eggs, but they only had the originals, which I don't like. It's been a Cadbury-less season for me.

Not at my house, it isn't. My child still has a boatload of candy.
Pray for me.
