DD Thursday! What's on your menu?

Good morning!

B: coffee
L: spinach salad w/pickled veggies to 'dress' it, chopped hard boiled egg (about 130 cals)
S: maybe leftover stir fry made into soup (about 150 cals)

I am cleaning the carpets today, so may have another hard boiled egg or two as a snack if I get hungry pushing that heavy machine around

OH, I am SOOOOOO happy to be able to have a DD today.
Life has made things difficult.
I am actually excited about today and plan to fast as long as I am feeling okay w/ that and then have some Progresso Light Soup in small spread out increments.
So glad for all of you, too!

Had a doctor's appointment this morning, so just being out and about and busy has kept me from eating anything... I didn't even have my first cup of coffee until after noon! I'll have some Greek yogurt later this afternoon. I don't have a definite plan for dinner, but it's likely to be my typical chicken & veggies!

I'm feeling some mojo today! Shopped and bought a LOT of veggies!

D: here's the plan--
2 whole wheat tortillas (92 each)
grilled veggies-- zucchini, red pepper, onion
1 "light" Italian sausage (170) split between the 2 wraps

apple for dessert

comes in at 508 cals

Soren, sounds great ... yay for mojo!

My standard DD right now is:

B: coffee w/soy slender vanilla

L: 2 cups salad greens with balsamic vinegar topped with 5oz. chicken breast
Dannon light& fit Greek yogurt
1/2 Quest bar.

D: Pesto tilapia, sliced zucchini, 1/2 Quest bar

647 cals, 93 g. protein, 43g. carbs. (21 net carbs)

I AM going to make it.
I wanted to stay around 250 cals but will end up w/ just over 300.

I love having DDs with you guys! Thank you for posting, it really helps me.

Ended around 600.

Just had some turkey deli meat (75), amino acids (36), before 9:30pm.
Then I had some red bell pepper, rice crackers, hummus, almonds, and some dark chocolate (500)
