Movie night--thus, I must smell the heavenly smell of popcorn for 3 hours without having any. There is no size popcorn that fits into a DD for me.

I don't think I could do that Emma! Movie theater popcorn is one of my weaknesses.

Had an iced coffee this morning because the weather is finally warm enough here that it didn't seem absurd. Going to have another one this afternoon! Even though I will have to crank up my space heater to not freeze after drinking it. DD cold!

Home Depot shopping, done.
About to take a bath, and then tackle the dishes.
Only water so far, but I'm having some issues with thoughts of food, due to too many carbs yesterday. That's what I get.

I had to get under a blanket to drink my diet coke. But I drank it!

You guys all sound like you're doing great today! I too am hungry I think from having too many carbs (and wine) for dinner last night. And I seem to always be hungry when I work out on my DD's.

Super busy work day to keep my brain off hunger. But then I have a dreaded 3 hour drive and night in a hotel tonight. Never easy. I'm a little nervous about a presentation with a big client tomorrow morning, so maybe my nervous stomach will keep me from ordering room service.

B: water, coffee w/ 20 cal or powder creamer - 20
L- BIG veggie salad w/ 2 oz turkey and 2T FF dressing - 120
S- diet coke, and gum to get me thru my long borning drive
D- I think I am going to go with Wendys since its right by my hotel. I'm too tempted to go eat anywhere really nice. Thinking either Grilled Chicken Sandwhich and side salad (comes in right around 400 calories) or small chili over a baked potato (450 a little over my allotment for the day but sounds yummy!)
