I'm pretty much alone in the office today (and the rest of the week), so I can't really plan on meals. I'll have to grab what I can, when I can, but here's what I have to choose from:

NF Greek yogurt
Bread/lunch meat/lettuce/tomatoes
Salad fixings and Bolthouse Farms dressing
Cheese sticks
Biochem whey protein isolate
Quest bars
A few kinds of refrigerated soups from Fresh & Easy

Breakfast and lunch will be at work, as I'm able, then dinner will depend on what/if/when/how I ate throughout the day.

My weird week continues-- Monday and days prior, I was RAVENOUS, and I don't know why.

Yesterday, was more of a MD b/c I very SUDDENLY started sneezing and felt like I caught a cold (which I'm waiting for, b/c DH was sick all the week previous).

Today is the UD, and I haven't had anything yet and it's 12pm.

our niece and her friend got in from their vacation around 1am yesterday, so they're just getting up and showered, and have a 5hr drive home ahead of them... but no one's eaten anything-- guess they'll eat on the road.

Ok, back to food..

B: missed the boat
L: maybe leftover ribs?

D: not a clue! I'm looking above and seeing Cici's pasta and chili-- I can do that too!

Okay, today played out like this:

B: Black coffee, Greek yogurt with EZ-Sweetz
S: Quest Bar
L: Sandwich/soup
S: Raspberry greek yogurt
D: Jalapeno turkey burger, no cheese (through the drive-thru after Keira's game--her dad will feed her before)
Rum/diet after

I'm under calories and had over 100 grams of protein. Woohoo!
