Plans are: water and coffee fast until dinner and then tuna or salmon w egg whites. Depending on how hungry I am.

I have not been back on the wagon long so I think I can do it. didn't want to say I hope I can do it

L - chicken salad sandwich made with 1/2can chicken 1T ff mayo, cabbage borrowwd from evening meal. Low cal bread x 2 slices. 155
D - chicken cabbage saute. 180

D- Going out to Chipotle, carefully constructed salad with chicken & salsa

Did you all know Chipotle has an online nutrition calculator that will let you "build" anything you want to check the calories, carbs, etc? It is just an estimate of course because there are real people adding ingredients, but it is helpful.

And I'm out. I didn't hydrate well and I have in this morning. I'm at zero carbs if that's any consolation but that bacon got me

Couldn't help but read that last sentence to the tune of Gloria Estefan's "The Rhythm is Gonna Get You." Darn bacon!

I bought another pack of sugar free candy (why do I do this to myself?) but have not opened it! I will not open it until tomorrow's UD and then I will not eat it all at once.

That makes two of us. I was doing well all day, but late this afternoon I got so hungry I couldn't think of any reason at all not to eat. Nothing seemed more important at the time lol.
