Passing of Byron Richards Author of Mastering Leptin
I can't believe this! I am just re-reading his book Mastering Leptin which I love, it's such a storehouse and wealth of information. I was wanting to find out more info about dosage of Acetyl-L-Carnitine and did a search and was shocked to found his obituary from last month. The comments seem to indicate he died jogging. I am in shock, such a healthy vibrant man. What a terrible loss!

I know some of you JUDDERS have this book and enjoy it as much as I have, and I am just so saddened.

Adi and FlossyLiz speak well of his book. Sad loss to his family and the wider community on which he had such an influence.

I looked everywhere I could think to find out his age. Apparently he kept it well under wraps. Seems like he did a lot to help people and wrote some very informative books. A significant loss to society. Thankfully he left behind some great research.

Am just reading his book. Found this re his age. Oops. I think it was an illegal url. Anyway, he would have been 59 last November.

What a shock.
Byron Richard's book saved me from perpetually feeling famished. It taught me to always "pin" carbs with some protein and my metabolism healed as a result.
I owe him bigtime!
