B: 1x Linda Sue fish muffin with pea protein pancake and raspberries
L: Greek yoghurt; egg salad with carrot sticks and mangetout
D: coley fish and broth, dried tomatoes, shirataki noodles, cauliflower, spinach and red pepper

Snacks: couple of doses of MCT oil - it was socially necessary to eat more carbs than I'm accustomed to last night so today my eyesight is a little blurred and the tinnitus has ratcheted up - I'm assuming this is just a snag in the migraine management for me and it will revert back to normal soon

Why oh why did I bake fresh bread for my family on a DD? I finally gave in and let myself have a SMALL piece. I figured that was better than thinking about it all night and then going crazy later.
