I'm not eating in any window today. Keira wanted bagels for breakfast, and who am I to say no?
B: Black coffee, everything bagel with cream cheese
L: Small Wendy's chili with onions and scorpion pepper sauce, side salad with no dressing (I'll use some of the chili to make a taco salad)
Snacks: I have whey protein isolate to make a shake, chocolate/raspberry Greek yogurt, cheese sticks, an apple, and Quest bars. I'm prepared for any contingency!

Carolina, the peanut butter granola Atkins bars are my fave. yum.
DH's birthday today, eating dinner out.
B: cereal bar/coffee with HWC (305)
L: leftover ravioli and artichokes (252)
D: salad with barbacoa on top, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, pico (673)
Leaves me some room for a snack of some sort.
