I've been eating LC for a few days while things settle back down, and I've maintained my loss so far, but I'm REALLY feeling bloated today.
LOTS of water and low/no cal juice
I'll probably had leftover chicken casserole for dinner - The BF is working nights this week, so I won't be making a big meal or anything for a bit.

Made 1.5 quarts chicken miso soup. I can have it all plus 8 oz V8 and coffee with 1T creamer. Totals 308 for the day with a little room to eat something else if I want. It's early but so far so good.

This is going to be a tough week as I am traveling all week long. I had a good workout at the gym this morning so I'm already feeling like its going to be a hungry and higher DD for me.
L- 10 steamed spinach & tofu dumplings (guess I'm eating carbs today). Best guess is 30 cal each so 300
D- I'm gonna hit the salad bar at the Whole Foods next to my hotel. Loads of veggies, 10 Cold shrimp, and light Italian dressing. 150 cal
Snack - 100 cal Greek yogurt.
550 today if I can avoid snaking on my 3 hour drive this afternoon

Headed to the gym in about an hour for a good cardio workout.
B - coffee with half and half (60)
L - Either an egg (78) or tilapia (100)
D - protein shake (135)
Keeping it under 300 total for the day. Lower if I can manage!
