For those of us who weigh-in daily or only after DD or UD.

April goal is still uncertain as I don't have new information about the sarcopenia, so this may be subject to change. I would like to lose some of the android fat (lower stomach) and maybe some more visceral fat (tho' as my natural waist is currently 24-25" I'm not sure where that is). I shall attempt to do this without fiddling too much with the macronutrient amounts that keep me migraine free, nor undoing the improvements of the reverse dieting.

1 April: 116lbs

To be honest, I'm kinda frustrated that I didn't lose at all after a DD (400 cals).
I'm going to give April an honest JUDDD try though. My goal is to get to and maintain 130lbs by the end of the month. Should be do-able, no?

April Goals: Approach 190, Workout and continue to lower my BF %
Workout days: 2800
Rest Days:2000

Continue Steak & Eggs Diet (6 days of only eating steak and eggs and then 1 day high carbs) for 4 weeks, last week
4/1 - 200.6, 2800 planned, weight lifting planned for later and maybe a walk

I tried adding a big chunk of cheese instead of butter to my eggs on Sunday and it did not work out so well. Between the uncounted off plan carbs on Saturday and the cheese on Sunday the start of steak and eggs week 4 is not off to a great start. I'm actually not sure what is messing up my stomach right now though, I upped my dose of magnesium and I started a probiotic at the same time, so it could be that or the cheese or leftover effects from Saturday. Hopefully today back on normal steak and eggs will settle things down.

I feel like a turtle....but I'm hoping my losses pick up in April. I've been on JUDDD for 4 weeks now and lost 2.8 lbs. At least it's a loss - right? I've been stricter the last week or two to make sure I'm keeping my carbs low. Maybe I need to go back to not worrying about it - I think my losses were better then? :stars:

Hello all! I'm fairly new to this, so I'm not exactly sure what to expect in terms of loss this month, but for now I would like to reach 142 by the end of this month!

Don't forget how many pounds you have lost!!!
I like to think our bodies need to spend some time at certain weights to get used to them! I seem to hover around the same number for days at a time.
IMHO, the more time we spend at a weight along our journey the more time our bodies have a chance to 'set' it!

Not bad after the mixup of days I had over the weekend. I'd gained 3, then lost 'em with the DD yesterday. :)

Just starting back to JUDDD after 15 months away! I hope to lose 13 pounds in April (hoping first 6 will be easy since have been over eating eating carbs) from 270 to 257.
