My scale is getting wonky. It gave me a nice new low, but I always weigh twice. The second time it gave me a huge jump up, so I weighed myself several times and there were some really divergent readings. Yesterday was a down day; I "feel" skinnier (know what I mean, when you can just tell you've lost?) I weighed myself on my old scale and it said 135.5. So I am going with the first reading from my regular scale. Tomorrow, I change the batteries!

April goal is still uncertain as I don't have new information about the sarcopenia, so this may be subject to change. I would like to lose some of the android fat (lower stomach) and maybe some more visceral fat (tho' as my natural waist is currently 24-25" I'm not sure where that is). I shall attempt to do this without fiddling too much with the macronutrient amounts that keep me migraine free, nor undoing the improvements of the reverse dieting.

I weigh after DDs.


1 April: 116lbs
3 April: 116lbs
5 April: 116.4lbs

7 April: 116.2lbs
10 April: 116.6lbs

Ahem, there's more on this in the chat thread. Today, 10 April 2013, is when I entered the 130s for the first time since the accident in 2009 with a weigh-in of 138.8lbs: April Daily Weigh in I had a 'water on the knee' related bounce up to 140lbs on 15 April but, apart from that, I've never seen that number again.

So, today, ignoring 15 April blip, marks the anniversary of me being in the 130s and below for a year. I couldn't have done it without this community: thank you.

Added extra calories yesterday to prepare for my DDD today and tomorrow. Probably wasn't really necessary, but made me feel better anyway.
