April goal is still uncertain as I don't have new information about the sarcopenia, so this may be subject to change. I would like to lose some of the android fat (lower stomach) and maybe some more visceral fat (tho' as my natural waist is currently 24-25" I'm not sure where that is). I shall attempt to do this without fiddling too much with the macronutrient amounts that keep me migraine free, nor undoing the improvements of the reverse dieting.

I weigh after DDs.


1 April: 116lbs
3 April: 116lbs
5 April: 116,4lbs

TMI gut so again surprised this is not higher.

Dec 2014 A DXA scan reported very low muscle mass (sarcopenia) so I'm still thinking about how to cope with that. I have some joint surgery to schedule. I may miss questions that people ask me or personals. Apologies if I do, it's not intentional.

I'm starting to get frustrated because my weight is not going down, so I'm going to list my calories every day to try to keep myself accountable. I really was hoping I wouldn't have to count calories on UD but at least for now I am. I am going over calories a lot and want to see if I can lose better if I stick to it closer.

Threw in the towel on steak and eggs! It was definitely working, but I can't seem to bring myself to cook up another steak and egg meal right now. Going back to NK levels of carbs of 25g net per day and I will still calorie cycle with workout/non-workout days to continue the recomp and lower body fat while growing muscle. I'm thinking I will occasionally do a steak and egg week right before a planned re-feed to boost fat burning.

I hope to eventually. I'd like to get to 2000 daily if possible, but know I'll need to add exercise. Right now I'm concentrating on trying to "get" what normal eating feels like, as I'm prone to excess.

Ditto for me. But, I hope that all the realise that we're speaking about our own experience and from the perspective of finding a way to maintain that fits our current life stage and our aspirations for ageing healthily and joyfully.

I actually think it is very encouraging to me even though I'm still Judding because it shows the plan didn't wreck your metabolism. Having that level of calories daily must be enjoyable after so many DDs behind you. Bask in it!!!

I'm sorry you're struggling. You've lost a tremendous amount of weight overall but I know how head it is when things don't seem to be progressing. The first time I did JUDDD I didn't count UD's and did stall eventually. Counting can't hurt! At least it'll show you your limits?

I think it's enormously helpful to see your experiments. And a good reminder that getting to goal doesn't mean it's all over. It's a lifetime commitment to keeping weight off too.
