It's positively scary how dependable the JUDDD plus low carb combo is for me. While I'm tempted to stay with it longer, I think in three days I'll have to start adding in carbs to make sure I can maintain with carbs for a full week before my trip.

On the other hand my Bod Pod results from Friday were not good: 37% body fat. I've resolved to start strength training, which I've liked a lot in the past. And I'm grateful to this forum for bringing the YAYOG bodyweight approach to my attention. I'll try it since it would solve the logistical problems that make a gym especially difficult right now.

One silly but nice thing--from the scale at the health/fitness office I now know that my scale is about 1.5 pounds high. So whenever I report my weight to someone in real life, I can knock 1.5 pounds off. (Not here, because that would be confusing.)

April goal is still uncertain as I don't have new information about the sarcopenia, so this may be subject to change. I would like to lose some of the android fat (lower stomach) and maybe some more visceral fat (tho' as my natural waist is currently 24-25" I'm not sure where that is). I shall attempt to do this without fiddling too much with the macronutrient amounts that keep me migraine free, nor undoing the improvements of the reverse dieting.

I weigh after DDs.

5 April: 116.4lbs

7 April: 116.2lbs
10 April: 116.6lbs
12 April: 116.4lbs

August 2014 In March I had a DXA scan which revealed very low muscle mass (sarcopenia) so I'm still thinking about how to cope with that. I may miss questions that people ask me or personals. Apologies if I do, it's not intentional.

15 lb gain during vacation, which is expected considering I ate everything and too much of it, but that is what vacations are for, but too many carbs and not enough protein. Today's workout suffered too, I couldn't hit any of the weights I was lifting last time I did arms and chest. It should come off quick I hope and strength should return quickly too I hope.

April goal is still uncertain as I don't have new information about the sarcopenia, so this may be subject to change. I would like to lose some of the android fat (lower stomach) and maybe some more visceral fat (tho' as my natural waist is currently 24-25" I'm not sure where that is). I shall attempt to do this without fiddling too much with the macronutrient amounts that keep me migraine free, nor undoing the improvements of the reverse dieting.

3 April: 116lbs
5 April: 116.4lbs

7 April: 116.2lbs
10 April: 116.6lbs

I'm just recording my weights at present because I won't obtain a true reading until my inflammation/swelling subsides for good and the water levels stop fluctuating.
