Now that it's warm, I hope to be riding more often and see that on the scale.
Interestingly, I have lost almost 8 pounds in my first 6 weeks. Coming off long time low carb, I think that's not bad.

Goal for April is 10 lbs. I am going to Hawaii on May 1st for 2 weeks and I really want to be back to the weight I was last May when I go. I am a slow looser so this is gonna be a big goal for me, but I'm hoping that upping my exercise routine and watching carbs as much as I can will help me reach this goal. I also tend to loose in big whooshes at a time, so I am going to try my best not to get frustrated with weighing everyday.

8 pounds in 6 weeks when coming off low carb is AMAZING!

I actually started Juddding last week and lost 3 lbs already. Well up and down. My last weigh in was 123.6 today.

I'm in Korea, so I think I'm a few hours ahead of everyone.

I'm surprised that there wasn't more of a bounce up--I went a bit wild yesterday with food since I've restricted myself a lot in terms of what I could eat for the last few months. But today is another DD, and I'm feeling pretty good :0)

Trying not to freak out. I had a very emotionally self destructive day yesterday and ate way above my normal weekday calories. But I have this fear that hormones will wreck my weight loss plans again. Going to focus on having a good DD today and not so much on the scale

deedee, part of the JUDDD benefits is that today can cancel out a big chunk of yesterday and another DD (in rotation of course) or two can cancel it all out. You don't have to wait weeks like with other diets. Good idea your focus on having a good DD or UD each day and let the scale take care of itself.
