Calories yesterday were a total guess. I could be as much as 250 off, depending on my choices, but even if I am, I'm still in my range. That feels good. But, hmmm, I don't know how this big-dinner thing is going to work out. Emotionally, it was awesome. I felt in control, but was still able to eat to great satisfaction. I wonder if there is some limit to how many calories you can eat at one meal and not gain, like there is a theory about carbs.

Those of you who said you never had luck with a MD, you're so right!!!! I tried, I really did. I did great and breakfast and lunch and then blew it at dinner. So because I had to switch my rotations ended up with 2 UDs in a row. But happy that it didn't seem to do any real damage. Would LOVE to see me bounce back to my low on 4/12. Strict rotations this week are in order!
Wow I have been so bad about weighing lately! We have been so crazy the past few weeks. In short we decided at the last min to put our house up and we had an offer in days! It's been a whirlwind. We're leaving for a two week vacation soon, I've been traveling for work non stop, I got sick (and still am on my birthday today!) it's been insane! But I've kept to my rotations and it's paying off!
